The Boy & The Bride Christmas Video

Hello Friends!

For those of you who don't know, my husband and I recently started a band called "The Boy & The Bride". I cannot tell you how much fun it has been to get to be a part of this project with my best friend:) We've been having a BLAST and yesterday we released our third song/music video on YouTube! We covered the song, "Baby, It's Cold Outside" for Christmas. That song has been covered about a million times, so we tried to change it up a bit to make it our own. Below is the link...enjoy!:)

First Christmas as a Mrs.

This Christmas is extra special, because it's Brandon's and my first Christmas being married! To start out this holiday season, Brandon and I were so blessed to win an 8 foot Christmas tree in a contest. I NEVER win drawings, so I was excited:D Here are some pictures of us at the tree lot picking out our tree. It was an adventure getting that thing home and up a flight of stairs (the branches were painfully pokey).

I've had a blast decorating our home and trying to make it feel Christmassy. Below are some pictures of the decorating I've been up to! I've also been doing lots of baking lately and am excited to do lots more during this holiday season! I just love CHRISTMAS.

It was an interesting drive home. It went a little something like this... Brandon: "I think it's sliding! IS IT SLIDING?!?" ME: "I don't think so. I think we're ok." Brandon: "Oh no, there's a big hill coming up!!!" Me: "AHH!! I think it's sliding! It's most definitely sliding!" Brandon: "AHHH!!!" Me: "AHHH!!!"
